Cancellation and Substitution Policy
- If you cancel your place in writing (by email) to [email protected] at least 4 weeks from the event, you will be due a 75% refund of your fee.
- If you cancel your place in writing between 4 and 2 weeks of the event, you will be due a 50% refund of your fee.
- If you cancel your place within 2 weeks of the event, you will not be entitled to any refund, although you will be sent a copy of the documentation after the event.
Please note that all conference fees remain payable, and invoices will not be cancelled, unless these cancellation terms are met.
However, we welcome substitute delegates at any time.
Substitutions can be done at anytime prior to the event.

If you are unable to attend the event and are purchasing event papers, they will be delivered to you approximately 20 working days after the event has taken place provided that your payment has been received.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and the timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers.
